A new data brief from the Healthi Kids team shows that place matters for bicyclists and pedestrians. It notes that residents from some neighborhoods are more likely to be struck by a car while walking or biking than residents from other neighborhoods. It also notes that car crash locations are clustered in areas with higher emergency department visit rates.
